Solved Welltech ATA172 plus provisioning problems

Hello,

I have a 3CX Server running on debian and I am currently having issues getting this Welltech to provision. I followed the steps in the configuration web page and also saw that both extensions had to be setup so I did that as well.

I factory reset it, loaded the firmware, and then auto provisioned. It restarts but then doesn't let me log back into the webpage with 3CX device Web Page Password or the factory "test" password.

I tried locating the file .dat to check it out on the 3CX server via ssh but to no avail so I loaded the .dat file into the /provisioning/xxxx/ directory and that didn't change anything either.

Any suggestions?

I got it figured out. Looks like 3CX blacklisted the IP's. Don't know why I didn't look back on the logs earlier.

Hi Fred Vierra,
Glad to hear you found a solution. The IP's probably got blacklisted for exceeding the number of Failed Authentication attempts.
