Solved What does the red square icon with white in the middle mean?

One of my clients is unable to receive calls to their extension, but they can dial out. It's not DND but rather a red square with a white rectangle inside of it. I've attached a picture showing this.

This is how the 3CXPhone displays DND. You can turn it off by calling *60

I believe it was DND with a custom status message. Thanks though.
