What service pack am I running?

I'm assuming that my V15 server has updated to the latest revision, but the "version" screen only shows me 15.0.0

How do I see what service pack is installed?

You can find the version on dashboard => Information => license field and then you can visit on this link https://www.3cx.com/blog/change-log/phone-system-change-log/ to find out more information about your service pack. Please find the below screenshot.
