Solved When change to Available Log Into Q

Hi there.

I see that in V16 you can set extensions to Log out from queues when Away or DND is selected.

I can't see a way to auto Log in when this is changed back to Available.

I know users can enter a Dial code but of course some users forget.

Is there a way to auto Login when users change there status?

I just tried this in v16, and when switching to DND for example, the extension is logged out of the queue. When switching back to Available, they are logged back in.

Can you tell me the steps you follow to reproduce this?

We have set AutoSwitch to switch all extensions back to Available at 7am (some people forget to switch back from DND).

Will do more testing here.

Tested it with auto switch and manual switch and works fine. I reckon the end user is doing something.

Sure, give it a bash @[email protected], I've done this via auto-switch and manually and each time they're logged back into the queue when changed to Available.

If not, make sure that they've not been logged out using Dial Codes or Explicitly (by a queue manager).
