We recently updated our on-premises 3CX server to V18, specifically by doing a fresh virtual server with V18 and restoring from our V16 backup. I was going to review our holiday schedule today but I can't find where the global holiday settings have migrated to in the V18 management console. Does anyone know where these settings are hiding?

Under "Settings" "Advanced" "Timezone, Office Hours & Holidays"

The problem is that I am apparently missing many settings items after the V18 install.

I logged in with the 'admin' user and these options were visible. And then I checked the options for the user account that I actually use to administer the phone system and found that some of its rights had been deactivated. The backup/restore process must have lost some of my user settings.

You should check the permissions of the extension you use as in v18 there are granular admin rights available.

Hi iamtheari,

Following up, just checking that by changing the permissions were you able to resolve the issue?
