Out of interest, what's wrong with the PWA? This is the direction everything (not just 3CX) is heading in, so it should be embraced where possible.

Communications from the 3CX team have been very clear that using any version of the Electron-based desktop client is very risky. Technically the old/legacy version of the 3CX Windows client still works, but again it's not recommended.

I know. I was making sure GussieDixon knew that.

For GussieDixon and Utdom Thol, the new apps also will show as updates in the updates page of your 3CX, and then can be downloaded as normal from your web client. In fact, best to update those in any case so no staff will install an older version on their own.
