Where can I find the log files for the Call History Service?

Where can I find the log files for the Call History Service?

I am trying to determine why that service keeps stopping on me. Also, after a server reboot, it fails to start and I have to manually start it.

Hi,

Usually they can be found in this location : C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Logs

Open up the 3cx folder under programs you will see call history log. You can then move it to the start list if you choose.
