In v18, our users used to be able to set up their own schedule so the app would automatically switch their status from Available to DND and vice versa.
I can't find how to do this anywhere in v20.
The office hours used to be located under "User"/Settings/Schedule.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
We cannot use the global "department" office hours because everyone has their own schedule.
Some work on the weekend, and some work after hours, etc.
I also do not want to force our users to sync their O365 Calendar to 3CX.
