Where the heck is the Switchboard documentation for the Windows client?

All documentation for the switchboard is for the Web client. The only thing that exists documentation-wise for the Windows client is for the Receptionist view. I need documentation on the Manager and Q-Manager views. Where the heck is it?

Why is this currently almost impossible to find? I had to link to it from the Receptionist View document!
