Which one is the correct 3CXPhoneSystem.ini file

I am trying to run/test .NET Core 3CX sample found in forum in other there.
This requires to have 3CXPhoneSystem.ini file in the same directory where the app runs from.

I have my 3CX hosted on a Debian machine - when I try to search for above ini file I found it in four places:
1. /var/lib/3cxpbx/Bin/3CXPhoneSystem.ini
2. /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Bin/3CXPhoneSystem.ini
3./usr/share/3cxpbx/skel/Bin/3CXPhoneSystem.ini
4. /usr/share/3cxpbx/skel/Instance1/Bin/3CXPhoneSystem.ini

I am not sure which is the correct "ini" file that I should reference in my code, need help choosing the correct file. thanks in advance.

You should go with option 2.
