I was hoping for a more personalized response, I'll ask again.

To determine the most suitable order for the outbound rules you would first need to have a good understanding of how the 3CX Instance in question is being used in terms of outgoing calls and what the requirements are. Given the available information, what my colleague said is valid and does apply. If it does not for your case, you should provide more information regarding your requirements and also specify the issues you are facing, if any, so that we can re-evaluate the situation and provide you with a more specific response.

Generally, it would make more sense to keep your more restrictive Outbound Rules at the top and then work your way down from there. For instance, you have two identical rules with the only difference being the digit length. A 7 digit call can match both rules whereas a 10 digit call will only match 1 of the two so it would make sense to have the 7 digit outbound rule checked first(from the two). Based on this reasoning your first image would probably be closer to what you need, but again, it strongly depends on your requirements and usage.

Hope this helps.

Ok, thanks. I have a better understanding of the logic now. I could'nt wrap my brain around that for some reason.
