Why changing the extension number to an outgoing number corrects the problem of being shown as scam likely on outgoing calls?

In some extensions of our 3CX PBX, outbound calls are always shown as Scam Likely when they arrive to the receivers. But we have seen that when using those same numbers on another extension it may no longer show as Scam Likely. This is strange because everything else remains the same.

I would be very grateful if someone has had this same problem and can share information about why this happens.
