Why doesn't %%CALLERNAME%% work in 911 Email Template?

The following variables are available for Emergency Call
Emergency call
%%CALLERNAME%% Caller Name
%%CALLFROM%% Call originated from
%%EMERGENCYNUMBER%% Emergency Number dialled.
%%EMERGENCYRULENAME%% Emergency Νumber entry name.

However, Caller Name never provides any data... Neither does Emergancy Rule Name,but I'm not so concerned about that.

Any ideas? Does this work for anyone.
