Windows App v20, call volume decrease on second call

Hello,

I have installed the v20 windows app and when I am on a call and i receive a second call, I hear the normal beeping indicating a second call but on the main call the volume decreases so much that I cannot hear the other party anymore.

Tried to change windows settings for sound settings on communications to do nothing, tried turing off 3cx app notification but the issue remains. I cannot find a setting to change this.

Any ideas?

Can you try this scenario on our latest Beta app released?
It's a seperate app that can be found on the Microsoft Store, titled '3CX Beta'

If you can still replicate the issue, please give us verbose logs to investigate the issue:

Go to More button > About
Click on the version number 12 times. This will take you to Settings page.
Scroll all the way down and you have a checkbox to enable verbose logging.

Reproduce the issue and then send me the logs via private message.
Logs are generated here:

C:\Users\{YourUserName}\AppData\Local\Packages\3CXDMCC.3CX_bhm4yemhnd70e\LocalCache\Local\3CXSoftphone

It seems on the Beta version the issue is gone, so i guess a bug on the stable then.
