Windows desktop app not showing Chat notification

Hey guys,
Is it normal that chat notification are not showing as "normal" Windows notification ?
When I receive a call the notification is showing correctly but I get nothing for chats (appart the small (1) on the taskbar icon).
Notification enabled on Windows setting.
App version 20.0.664.0
