Windows Desktop Client BLF Side Panel

[Joe A]

Is there anyway to resize the sidepanel (make wider)?

also, is there any preferences for the side panel? right now it will only show the name of extensions that are registered. I have some extensions for sales reps that just forward to thier mobile, the side car in the windows app just shows the extension number, no name

thanks

Regarding your question, it is not possible to resize the app BLF panel in any way, but you should see the names of the extensions even if they are not currently registerd.

Try existing the desktop app and re opeing it and even try to provision it again from the users webclient.
