Windows installation fail.

Windows prevents the installation (as administrator) of the version downloaded from the Italian partner panel Ver 18.0.7.final
The message is as follows: check user account.
Running app blocked by admin, Unknown author.

And it's impossible installs......

I test it on more windows 11 station...the problem is the same.
Ver 18.0.6...installs ok

Do you have some tips?

What’s blocking it? If antivirus you can post in https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/security-alerts/ but it seems like some a/v solutions started blocking by file name or certificate after the March app compromise.
