Attendants very often try to transfer a call to one of the department users.
Howerver when the user is not picking up the phone, they rely on chat or email to notify their colleague of the missed call.
When being on a call it could be usefull to right click on the call details to copy the number, currently this is only possible
after you've finished the call by going into call history.
Something like this:
In the ideal situation you right click and have the option:
Send details to
This option, takes the call information and opens a mail (with a adjustable template) where only the adressee needs to be filled in;

As there is no ideas section for the windows app, i'm posting here. I hope this is ok.
