Windows Store App v.20 randomly goes unregistered

Hi, I have a customer who has their Windows store app that goes unregistered randomly, user is grey (see below). After quitting and reopening it works again but it there a log where I can find the reason why it goes unregistered ? Or do you have any other ideas ?

That looks like the Store app. The Desktop App was removed in v20 and 3CX has said existing installs will stop working in April. (just to be picky because the names are confusing).

I do think I have seen this at least once but I don't know the cause, and they haven't complained since. We don't have many clients using the Store app yet, at least that I know of.

The PWA does seem to partially lose connection if Chrome has a pending update. A refresh/reload of the page fixes it.
