    Windows Store App v.20 randomly goes unregistered

    Hi, I have a customer who has their Windows store app that goes unregistered randomly, user is grey (see below). After quitting and reopening it works again but it there a log where I can find the reason why it goes unregistered ? Or do you have any other ideas ? Thank you.
