Is there a wireless headset compatible with Yealink T4xS series under $150 that provides clear sound?

Plenty of them.

I use plantronics with the EHS36 (Say a CS510)

Or go bluetooth - like a voyager 5200 and the yealink bluetooth module.

Many brands are compatible, like Jabra, and Sennheiser.

I am looking at different options and found that CS510 headset (and similar types) are very expensive, which cost at least 200 to 300 up.
voyager 5200 and the yealink bluetooth module seems to be a good alternative.
Is there a caveat in using yealink bluetooth vs EHS36 (with a CS510)

So first of all, if you are looking for headsets for use with the Yealink phone you are better off asking on the Yealink forums since it's not 3CX specific. Only if you want to use the headset with the PC app or webclient doesn't 3CX care what headset you use.

Secondly, I'm not sure what you mean by caveat. If you mean is there a difference between the two then yes. One is hardwired to the phone and one is not. One is bluetooth and one is DECT.

CS510 is $152 on amazon right now. Cheaper from distribution.
BT range is limited compared to DECT, + CS510 allows training headsets, battery swaps, etc...

Thank you SweetAction
