Hi @rainbow_it

Welcome to the forum! So the HT-802 needs to have an analog phone attached to one of the two green connectors, and then simply dial an extension or external number:

12203

Here is a handy guide you should follow to ensure it is correctly configured before anything else is done, and assign a couple of extensions to the ports (its all in the guide)
https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/grandstream-ht-fxs/

This will allow you to make internal calls only, if you want to make external calls you will need to get a trunk preferably from a 3CX supported provider https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/

Once you set this up you will also have to create rules that allow outgoing calls (otherwise only internal calls work).

I would very highly recommend to you to use our free 3CX Academy which has pre-recorded webinars teaching you everything you need to know to get your system running https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/

i want to use voip over PSTN gateway i have attached telephone wire in green port 1 to make external calls.

'i want to use voip over PSTN gateway' - not possible voip is network based protocol

You have the wrong device, HT802 allows you to connect standard analogue devices to 3CX using sip protocol

If you need to connect 3CX to standard PSTN you require a FXO device - https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/grandstream-fxo/

Ok then if I understood you correctly, I must inform you that the HT-802 is not a PSTN gateway.
It's actually the reverse, a VoIP gateway that converts VoIP to FXS (so you can plug in an analog desk phone into 3CX).

What you need is something like a GXW-4104 https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/grandstream-fxo/
This will allow you to use your PSTN lines (up to 4) with 3CX so you can make/receive external calls.

You actually want a Sipura/Cisco/Linksys SPA-3000 (that's the really old one), or the newer, but still discontinued Cisco/Linksys SPA-3102. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/produ...tions/spa3102-voice-gateway-router/index.html You can still find the 3102 on Amazon. Either of those devices give you an FXS port (goes to a phone) and an FXO port (goes to a phone line) The FXO port will bring an outside, PSTN line, into 3CX as a trunk.
