Hello,
I know this has been raised before but it's still causing a problem and wondered when it'll be fixed? I've checked the blog and there isn't anything I can find;
https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/some-of-my-extensions-do-not-have-wrap-up-time.54315/
Essentially if a user is part of more than one queue, their wrap up time doesn't affect the other calls coming in on those other queue's. All of our queue's are set to 10 second wrap time, but if someone answers a call on queue 1, hangs up and there's a call in queue 2 waiting, it won't wait the 10 seconds, it just pushes it straight through.
Is there a development raised for this at all as I imagine it impacts a fair few people? We're currently on version 16.0.676
Kind regards,
