Wrong Rights

Hi there,

i could need your help.

We have an extension in 3CX and this colleague should be able to change the status of a extensions.

But altough, the extension got the needed rights, a change of the status for other exentions are not able.

As soon as the extension has a Manager role under the rights he can also change the status of another extension(check screenshot below):

But the extension got the manager-role in the 3cx management console. Therefore the extension actually should be able to change other extensions status.

I think there is a confusion here. The extension that has the manager role and ability to manage extension, is accessing the Web Client or the PBX management console? In my last reply you can see that the extension with manager role is using the Web Client and can change the status of other extensions.

The user needs the "Receptionist rights", which allows to set status, assign/clear the extension [for hotels] and such.

The Extension already has the "Receiptionst" Rights, i gave it her the rights over the management console. But whether in the webclient, nor in the Desktop-Client she is able to change other extensions status.

You need to enable the one before the last, where it says check in/check out at the end.

That will give the menu item for set status.

As @ConceptsWeb advised, you need the receptionist rights as well.
