Solved X3U Pro BLF Keys Will not program or update

I have several Fanvil X3U provisioned phones and they have not been an issue. Now when I try and provision a new X3U nothing will program in the BLF except the first position. I had always been able to provision the first 3 keys. I took a phone that was already provisioned with BLF 1 as a line key and BLF 2 as a line key. Factory reset it, provisioned as a new extension and only BLF 1 programmed. Has something changed lately?

• 3CX Version, 18.0 (Build 965) Standard
• Server OS, Debian 10
• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? On-premises
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version, Fanvil X3U Pro version 2.4.7.4
• Provisioning Method: Local
• Trunk Provider or VoIP Gateway Make/Model, SIP-Trunk
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Firstly, please note you are not using the latest 3CX firmware - please update it using the instructions below:

I can confirm that the phone should provision all 3 BLF positions.

I updated the firmware to the latest and am now on 2.4.7.5. After that I still had a problem end ended up removing the phone from the extension, factor resetting the phone, and then reassigning the phone back to the extension. After that I am able to adjust the BLF keys again with the new firmware.
