X6U-V2 BLF Sub Screen Not updating.

(BUG) We have had several reports of the SUB screen not updating on FW Version 2.12.16.20 (X6U-V2 hardware). This main issue it will display Pager one items but will dial pager 2 items. or If I have joe user in the top slot (BLF - 6) the user in top slot Pager 2 (BLF-13) sometime is dialed.

Can you please advise what version of the Phonesystem are you using?

Can you please ensure that you are using the default template and then factory reset and reprovision the phone?

No this customer did not do a factory reset before reprovisioning. He did try to move the firmware back to a previous version, but he didn't have a file that he needed, so he just reprovisioned at that point. Since then, the phone has been working fine.

If this happens again with any other phones, they're going to factory reset the phone and reprovision then. This may be a case where changes were made in the templates and the phones needed to be 'cleared' of all settings before provisioning.
