Yealink/3CXapp - DHCP renewals

When our Yealink T46G/T48G get a new IP 3CXapp reloads and asks the user to select phone with the old and new IPs.

Using 2x Windows 2008 DNS.

Any recommendations to prevent this (outside of static IPs on phone)?

I think what you are asking is not possible.
You have to use static IP on the phone.

You could extend your DHCP lease time to mitigate this somewhat.

I can't think of a reason to have a short lease time, and this will reduce the incidence of picking up a new IP due to power outages or similar.

Ideally 3CX should identify its the same phone using the MAC address, but at worse, there must be some type of expiry against each phone registration entry..
