Our 3CX hosted prof version was update to Version 16.

Our Yealink CP920 needed an upgrade to Firmware: 78.84.0.35, which was done successfully.

However I can not do successful internal/external calls with this conference phone. After some time the call fails with an Invalid URI Scheme error message.

3CX Activity logs prints this (I replaced phone number):
Exception: ParseException ../../rutil/ParseBuffer.hxx:230, Parse failed unexpected eof in context:
0123456789
^ @ ../../rutil/ParseBuffer.hxx:230

I can receive incoming calls from external via mobile phone or 3cx client on the phone.

I already tried to do a hardware reset and provisioned the phone again (via STUN-Extern) but the issue remains.

Our other snom 360 phones don't have this issue.

Not sure what to do now.

Hello @Tom B

Yealink phones can produce the ParseException error when a call cannot be completed or no outgoing routed exist so the first step is to check your outbound rules and make sure there is one the phone can use to call out and if all that checks out run a capture and see if the calls goes out to the provider and what the response is.

We have only one outbound rule which covers a range of extentions and all can call out except the Yealink which extention is within that range.

Also not really sure what to look for in the pcap.
