YeaLink Expansion Module DSS Keys

When transferring a call using DSS keys set up on the expansion module - Blind Transfer calls are alwars dropped.
Escorted transfers work ok

Any ideas

make sure that semi assisted transfers are disabled. and blind transfers are enabled on the phone under phone>features.

Can you confirm that you have actually done Blind Transfers on Yealink phone DSS buttons with 3CX?
If you have, what configuration do you use (apart from the little bit you posted) and what keystrokes do you use?

I press transfer (either the softkey or hard key), then the BLF key, then either transfer again or hangup.
