Unfortunately, I can’t update the firmware. The server reports an Internet Server Error. When checking the firmware directory, it says the corresponding firmware could not be found, even though 3CX is already on the latest version.

Hello,

If you clean the browser cache, and reload the Phones page will it let you go ahead?

If not then may I suggest the following:

1. Admin Console > Phones > Options > Use Untested - Unsupported Firmware
2. When you press OK, this will wipe the firmware folders clean from your system.
3. Then, using the same procedure, switch back to 3CX Supported Firmware.
4. Now all you have to do is go to Updates from your Dashboard, and you will see all the available firmware ready to download.
5. Once downloaded, upgrade one of your Yealinks and confirm that it went through OK, then you can go ahead with the rest.

I had the same issue as Poseidon Technik posted about and the procedure posted above by JohnS_3CX involving the switching firmware settings worked.

Same error here - on checking, (local windows server) c:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\s68o8tqmto0yae5\firmware_new\yealink, the rom files downloaded the previous day had vanished. My first guess was antivirus, I set an exclusion for the folder, deleted the firmware folder contents and restarted management and re-downloaded the files.
Next day, gone again.
I've gone through the steps above and options are set to 3cx supported firmware, automatic cleanup is unchecked.
I can work round it but curious as to what's happening.

the method above resolved my issue as well...thank you John. Saved the day.
