Yealink firmware with SP6

So I noticed in V12 SP6 there is a new yealink firmware build for phones. Like the T46g that we use has version 28.71.0.224 now.
Does anyone now if there is any kind of release notes out there for what has changed on the yealink firmware?
We are running a non published build right now that had changes not out yet in the public release. It would be nice to know what changes were made in the firmware wrote for 3cx, or maybe someone has noticed what has changed?

I don't even have 28.71.0.224. Where are the release notes for this version?

I asked Yealink about similar regarding the T3x series and received this response:
There is no change from 38.70.1.11 to 38.70.0.221, it just for unifying firmware version.

So maybe a similar situation...
