Solved Yealink phone behind SBC can't call back

After setting up the SBC now local phones connect trough sbc without problems. Inbound calls working. Outbound calls where i manually enter the number are also working.

If i get a call and want to call back, the client tries to call [email protected] and shows an error on screen in german: "Rufinitialisierungsanfrage beim Se..."

Have not found anything on the web / forums. Any tips?

Server OS: Windows Server 2019
SBC OS: Windows Server 2019
3cx Server is not hosted, our own manager server, but directly 1gb connection on the internet with static ip
SBC Version: 16.1.152
No custom phone templates

At the moment i notice following details when i check the phone-call-info on yealink web interface:

missed list contains i.e. [email protected]
but the dialed list contains (for my callback) [email protected]@localsbchostname

possible that the SBC transfers the @127.0.0.1 but it should not?

Please upgrade the firmware first from here https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/

Then Factory reset the phone

Now, when it appears in your phones tab in bold select it and press "Add Ext" to create a fresh test extention and assign the phone.

Press ok and wait for it to provision.

When its ready, repeat the call tests and let us know how it went

Upgrading and doing a factory reset + provisioning has solved the problems.

Now i see the difference. Manually configured the account on the phone by defining the server-host = SBC address without proxy. Now i see after provisioning that the server-host should by fqdn of pbx and the sbc should be used as proxy.

Possbile that this information will help others with same problems without searching a lot

I'm glad to hear the problem is now resolved. We do not recommend to manually provision supported phones. The system already has a built in provisioning server that takes care of this for the admin, and saves you a lot of needless troubleshooting
