Hello Everyone
First of all thanks for taking the time to stop by and reading this to help :)
i have weird situation .I have 2 phones Yealink T53 and provisioned them with 3cx instance (hosted by 3cx) for temp use but now that i have deleted those MAC addressess even from 3cx server , they are still asking me for USERNAME and PASSWORD after resetting to factory like 10 times (Holding down the OK button for like 15 secs and even directly loggin into phone .
Any idea why they are keep asking for username and password ? just trying to wrap my head around why they are not dumping that last provisong request and start over, like i said i have even deleted their MAC addresses from 3cx instance .Again thanks in advance :)

If configured as stun, then 3CX sends the mac to yealink's RPS server and this will happen.
It auto-expires after 2 weeks or you can reach out to 3CX to have it removed from RPS.

Hi,

As @SweetAction described, this information is pulled from the RPS server online, during startup. This can easily be bypassed though, so it is not going to be a problem.

You can simply cancel the login prompt, then go ahead and provision them as LAN or SBC devices and they will become configured normally.

If you want to put them on a new destination as STUN, then follow our guide to Manually Provision them by pasting in the provisioning link into the phone's web UI.

They will no longer ask for login once the above is done. And later on, the RPS entry will also expire.
