Yealink Phone Templates - Help

Hi 3CX

We have a bunch of T27G and T23G handsets. When they were installed the chap said if I update the system I need to copy a bit of code into the template file T4X after the update.

The code was/is...
{IF ua=SIP-T27P,SIP-T27G,SIP-T52S}

linekey.1.type = 34
linekey.1.label = Hot Desk

{IF ua=SIP-T23P,SIP-T23G,SIP-T40G,SIP-T40P}

linekey.1.label = Hot Desk

The T27G's are fine but the T23G's are all missing the Hot Desk Line key. The phone firmware is up to date as of today.

What am I missing?
