Yealink phone templates

We are new to 3CX, can anyone help setting up soft keys on Yealink T29G as a template? We would like to add a Call Park button and a Group Pickup button.

Please note that 3CX does not recommend and does not support the use of custom templates. If you want a supported custom template you should reach out to a partner for paid support or learn how to to create the template yourself so you understand how it works and would be better positioned to resolve any potential issues.

Personally I would not go to all this effort and just use the in-built BLF functionality in 3CX: https://www.3cx.com/pbx/blf-function-keys/

Call park button = Shared parking
Group Pick-up = Custom speed dial of 20

These can be added to all extension in bulk by multi-selecting your extensions with ctrl + select.

NOTE: Group pickup as per https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-dial-codes/ is star 20 star but for some reason the string is taking out the actual star characters when I post.
