Yealink phonebook blank entries

Hi

We have a site with an issue with the phonebook on Yealink T46 handsets, affecting all users.

on the handsets handset, the 3cx phonebook started off with a listing of Internal extensions, now further blank entries are appearing with the word None where the number should be and he list of blank entries is getting longer each day
The Local Directory listing /All contacts on the phone is empty, should this not be populated with the Company contact list?

Rebooting handsets does not resolve although we have not rebooted the whole system as yet.

Any advice appreciated!

Are you entering the numbers into the mobile field within contacts, as 3CX will only sync this field.

The blank entries are reported appearing by themselves unless there is one user trying to enter numbers who should not be. I will check with them!

The company contact list has no entries being added, all the numbers are under 'Business' bit noine of those emtries show up at all.
The blank entries are under the 3CX extension lists

Just to clarify:

a) Directory > Local = purely stored on the phone by the user or other

b) Directory > Remote Phonebook > 3CX PhoneBook = provisioned by the system

So where of the two areas do the blanks appear?
