Yealink Phones will not login to phone GUI Through "Phone UI Button" on 3CX Web Interface

As the title states, on the phone tab, where you can click "Phone UI" after selecting a phone to jump to its IP address and access the GUI, it will no longer auto login (skip UN and PW popup) after updating to V18 last weekend disconnected all of our phones from their extensions requiring deleting them from the ext. and setting them up from start. All phones are Yealink T46S working on a Custom Template. The GrandStream paging speaker we use DOES allow auto login through the usual method though and it is running on a Custom Template as well. I have tried factory resetting a phone and setting it up from scratch but still no luck.

So the first thing to do is to factory reset a phone, provision with the default template, and then try it.

Hi Walker,

I can confirm that my T46S connects just fine. Running V18 + latest supported FW + Chrome / Firefox.

Try what @cobaltit suggests above as a first step. Ensure that there are no plugins running in your browser that may be interfering (or use Incognito / Private window).

Sure enough, after provisioning with the default template, the "Phone UI" button logs you in like normal. Now I just need to check why the custom template that worked before the update is giving us issues now. Any ideas if there is an option anywhere that needs to be checked either in the 3CX management page or the template editor?

Nothing specific like that, you will just have to review your template and see what changes you made in total. Try to use a merge / comparison tool that might be of help. Ensure you haven't broken any xml tags or anything like that!
