I have yealink phones on release 16 system that can't receive hands free pages. I added a dial code *7 to the 3cx. It works on some of the phones when you dial *7 extension number it makes the phone answer hands free. On some of the phones it beeps once then goes away.

is there any discrepancy between how the provisioning is setup between ones that work and ones that dont? Also What phone models and firmwares, because yealink phones vary greatly, from t21 up to T58

The phones are both using the same provisioning, they are t46s phones and the same firmware

Direct Stun, local, or SBC? How many phones? And IF direct stun, did you stagger the SIP and RTP ports per 3CX specs, 5065, 5066, 5067, etc.... on each phone...

Were they provisioned using manual means, autoprovisioning, option 66, or upnp?
(upnp is when they showup new in 3cx and you use that method)
