Yealink SIP T46G Phone is not registering

I have a client with 3CX version 18 Update 7 on a Windows 10 Pro, that is provisioned via an SBC.

The phone is powered on and connected to the network. I rebooted the phone, and it still states that the phone is unregistered.

I am stuck and need assistance.

Is it new or did you factory reset it?

These will not provision on Update 7 due to missing TLS ciphers.

The latest firmware mentioned above by @SteveITS will allow you to provision, so go ahead and upgrade them first.

Even new ones can be old firmware…I just unboxed some T53s yesterday and had to find Yealink’s intermediate firmware to upgrade them up to the latest.

Also ensure the FQDN is from 3CX.

If it is custom, the Yealink may not support your SSL certs and you will need to upload the root cert on them manually.

Check the manufacturer's website for details in this case.
