I plug the phone into a switch with poe and the phone has an IP address and I go to a pc web page and access the phone but the phone is not in the Phone List on the 3CX Server

Did the phone download the configuration file that was created when you "made" the extension in the PBX?

What phone model are you using?

Also is there anything on the network that might block multicast packets going from the phone to the Phone System server?
