Hi All
I'm setting up a clould 3cx for a client test, used the PBX express and AWS, all working ok with android app devices registering and working ok, setup via the extn qr code and on client lan, so I think the various firewalls each end and dns are ok.
However, struggling to get the t22 legacy phone on the same lan to register.
pbx is 15.5.15502.6 yealink firmware 7.73.0.50.
I've followed the rps provisioning guides on 3cx site, the server event shows the provisioning is ready, t22 factory reset, my url pasted from 3cx into the provisioning section etc, made tweaks such as disable 'disallow extn outside of lan'.
The phone boots, sends provision request but no joy.
I've also tried to manually add registration details to a phone account via the phone interface, but also no joy.
Does anyone have any ideas or have successfully registered t22 to a cloud pbx? How?
thanks in advance
