Yealink T2X-T4X time zone issue

Hi,

I am having issues getting the right time in Yealink T2X-T4X.
My clients are in AFRICA (GMT+1) and doesn't use DST.

I have seen that the issue has been addressed in the post: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/yealink-t4x-phones-in-utc-2-sast-cat-timezone.66121/
But this is only for Harare.
Is there a plan to get this fixed for all GMT +1 African countries or what time zone should we use to have the right time and avoid DST?

Try choosing Namibia, should be GMT +1 No DST

Thank you John, I have tried that but it doesn't work. It was working before V16 but now it doesn't.

• PBX Version
• PBX OS
• which country specifically
• which Yealink models specifically
• what is their firmware version
• are you using custom templates

Hi here are the requested answers

• PBX Version : V16 up to the latest
• PBX OS : Both Windows (10 and server 2016) and Linux
• which country specifically : Gabon but issue would apply to all CEMAC (Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Congo, ...)
• which Yealink models specifically : T21P E2, T42, T46, T48,
• what is their firmware version : latest
• are you using custom templates : no

PBX version: 16.0.6.655 Entreprise is the latest tested

Please note that for some reasons, some T42G are getting the right time when using default time zone while PBX time zone is set to GMT +1 West Africa Time
