I have been trying to get a phone to reset both by unplugging and plugging it back in and by using the reboot option on the phone. I can see on the switch that the phone is gaining an IP address and the MAC is correct. The port is working correctly as the data VLAN is working correctly. I have deleted and readded the phone multiple times with NO success. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Sweet Action,
I had to delete the Phone, Ext, and the DID and readd them. It just seems like managed 3CX takes about 10-20 minutes to show changes.

Reset is achieved by holding down the "OK" button until you get a confirmation to Factory Reset appearing on screen.
Press OK again to confirm.

Your multicast probably isn't working on the VLAN. 3CX sees the new phones via multicast, and your VLAN may not be allowing multicast to pass through and reach 3CX. This is the next think you need to investigate.

Also, make sure you are running the correct firmware version on your phone before you proceed:
