Yealink t46 did reset by itself

Hello,

When i wanted to make a call i noticed all my personalised settings like the DssKeys were gone (the settings were a few weeks old).
How do i prevent this from happening again?

How did you provisioned the phone via 3CX management console and not manually.

If you have used 3CX, you need to setup the DSSKeys within 3CX Management console, 3CX client.

3CX system will reprovision the phones every 24hrs and wipe any manual entered DSSKeys.

I did the changes in the webclient of Yealink. Now I will transfer the settings to 3CX.
