Hi All,

A had to remove one Yealink T46U from a user. I deleted it from its extension. After that I try to assign it to another extension but It's not visible in the phone list.
Manual configuration does not work neither. I checked the logs and I do not see that the provisionning file has been generated...
PS: The Phone has been factory reset and I can log into its web interface.

Any idea on how I can solve this ?

thanks

Ferdinand

Hello, you will need to check that the phone is on the correct 3CX supported firmware and that multicast isnt being blocked on the network.

HI, the MAC address could be in the RPS and it needs to be removed. You can open a ticket or wait 7 days so it can be removed.

As first step check the phone is using the supported firmware perform a factory reset and try to provisioning it using the default template as shown in the guides

If it is remote, please note that the same must be provisioned behind the 3cx sbc or router phone. If it is local, validate it is in the same pbx LAN and that the local IP address is supported by the RFC1918

Hi all,

thanks for your answers. But New phones are provisionned correctly. Only phones that have been used then deleted cannot be detected (nor manually configured) any more. And it's been deleted for more than 7 days...

Thanks again for your help.

Just to clarify the phones were provisioned as STUN previously?

nope. PnP on local LAN

After the factory reset and provision, is there any error in the event log?

nothing!
I'll try with a new phone to see if it works...
It's really strage because I have 10 other T46U working properly. The 2 ones that are not detected were working fine until they've been deleted from the extensions...

Removing the phone from the extension configuration will not affect the device unless it was listed in the RPS.
Check and let me know.
