Yealink T48S More or next page Button

We have some Yealink T48s handsets in use with completely full BLF screens.
The customer would like to add another page of BLF keys to the phone and does not wish to purchase the BLF Hardware addon.

We are looking at emulating the same behavior that the Yealink T46 and T42 series phones have when there is more then one screen of BLF keys.

That is to replace the last BLF key with a More or next page button.

Is this possible on the T48S series in 3CX?

That's not a PBX thing, that happens automatically once you add more buttons than will fit on a single page.

Hi @Matthew Kingston , as @cobaltit stated this is not a 3CX setting.

The T46 series, which while they have three pages, are only able to display 27 BLF entries due to the page switching button taking one of the buttons once you exceed 10 BLF entries.

The T48 series is capable of displaying 29 BLF entries, but it does not support Pages, simply an expanded view of all BLF entries which fill the entire screen.

So on your T48 extension simply deploy up to 29 BLF entries and then on the handset press on '+ More' and the screen will fill up with all entries.

Ok no worries so i can see that the T48 series do not support more then 29 BLF keys, if we add an exp40 module will this provide additional BLF keys or simply replace the on screen 29?

Hi @Matthew Kingston ,

The sidecarts are in addition to the on-screen 29.

For the T48 sidecart BLF entries start at entry 30 in 3CX. So you can choose to deploy less than 29 to the main screen, have several blank entries, then from BLF30 onwards will fill the EXP40 sidecart. (BLF30-49 are Page 1, BLF50-69 are Page 2 on the EXP40 with a T48.)
