Yealink T53 with DD10K and W53H's

I want to deploy a Yealink T53 acting as a DECT base as well a couple of W53H's. Can we do this? I see these are both supported individually, and my understanding is the T53 is essentially a W60 base. I just wanted to make sure before purchasing and attempting. Thanks for the help.

No, T53 and W53 H are phones using DECT but they need to be paired to a DECT base as W60B for now and soon W80B.
So you need to purchase a W60B, T53, and W53H.

Ok, missed DD10K, in that scenario it's possible to use T53 as a dect base for max 4 handsets.
On models T53 / T53W / T54W / T57W / T58A the DD10K dongle allows to add the DECT base function. The phones can record a maximum of 4 handsets Yealink W52H, W56H, W53H.

Never tested this kind of DECT adapter, I don't know if they are reliable , if radio range is good enough, and how many simultaneous calls can be used, this let me think a source of future headache most than a real technical solution.
DD10K is half price a real DECT base W60B, if it was for me I'd go directly with W60B

Agree, I would go down the w60b route

Going this route, you know that the devices are managed by 3cx , where I expect going the dd10k route you will have to manually configure the dect handsets

Yes, and if provisioning wipe settings every 24h and if we're unlucky it's unstable, it's just money through the windows
