Yealink T54W IP Phone is constantly looping a firmware update

When I power it on via ethernet to the Internet slot at the back, it starts up, obtains IP address and shows the correct information and connection. 5-10 seconds later, it begins a firmware update, goes through all the initializing then back to the home page, only for it to happen all over again! This has been occurring on this phone for a few weeks now. Have attempted to factory reset it, doesn't seem to do the job properly since I only have a small window to initiate it. I tried holding the redial button before turning it on but it doesn't seem to work. Can I get any advice here? Thanks.

Hi,

You can try and power it up without network to see if you can cancel the upgrade or reset the phone.

But the best advice I can offer is to contact Yealink and describe the issue.

They might have some useful information on their support site, and if not you can open a ticket with they so they can advise you on what to do next.
