yealink t56A fullsip

HI, I have 5 t56a yealink with the 58.86.0.20 firmware, on a v18 3cx,

In all of them, when i click on phone or contact or history, nothing appened. I try without the last update, with the recommended update of the phone.in varius site ( both are hosted by 3cx)
this made the phone barely unusable... Did you have any hint or recommandation?

Are you saying that the phone is frozen, or that it it simply not provisioned? (ie. history and phonebook are empty)

When using a Hosted by 3CX system you must also use an SBC, and you have not mentioned any details yet about how your phones are deployed.
