Hi,

I have just got a Yealink T58A and provisioned it onto 3CX, how do I make outbound/inbound video calls?

You just call any destination you want and if:

  • Your provider supports video
  • The other side's provider supports video
  • The other side's recipient supports video
  • You have Supports Re-Invite* on your trunk
  • You have not disallowed video calls in your trunk
..then the call will be established, and you will have to click the "video" icon on your phone during the call

* = this option may cause other unwanted behavior if your provider does not fully support it.

For now, just call one of your extensions that is logged into the webclient so you can test it.

What's the supported H264 payload type? I have tried 99 on multiple devices and the video feed just freezes on the Webclient. I saw Fanvil doorphones are using 124 in their config. Does it make any difference?

@Frederick Marcoux I believe anything above 76 is dynamic, so I don't know what 99 contains. You need a capture or look in chrome://webrtc-internals/ during a call, under the createOfferOnSuccess event
